• "Prohibited Jurisdiction"

Registration and use of the iBet88 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You represent and warrant that you meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. iBet88 strictly prohibits gambling by minors. Users who are found to be under the age of 21 will have their accounts immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any deposited funds returned subject to verification and applicable policies.

iBet88 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals, including Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and RHB. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the platform:

• All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No foreign currency conversion fees are charged by iBet88; however, your payment provider may apply its own conversion or transaction fees.
• The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise specified in a particular promotion. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50.
• Deposits made via e-walets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are credited to your account in real time. FPX and DuitNow bank transfers are typically credited within 5minutes, subject to your bank's processing times.

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. iBet88 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• All bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement for welcome bonuses is 25x the bonus amount in real-money bets before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winings may be made.
• Only one bonus may be active on an account at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's terms. Players must complete or forfeit an active bonus before opting into a new one.
• Bonuses obtained through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or any other form of bonus abuse will be voided in their entirety. Associated accounts may be permanently suspended.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the iBet88 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referal to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Money Laundering: Using the platform for any fraudulent purpose, including but not limited to, the use of stolen payment credentials, money laundering, or any activity that constitutes a financial crime under applicable law.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or promotional event.

• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider in relation to a legitimateiBet88 transaction. iBet88 reserves the right to recover funds subject to disputed chargebacks and to permanently close associated accounts.

iBet88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 08;
• Account inactivity for a period exceding 12 consecutive months — dormant account fees may apply as communicated separately;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder or a responsible gambling authority;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing.

Where an account is closed due to a violation of these Terms, iBet88 reserves the right to withold all or part of any balance in the account. Where closure is initiated by the player for responsible gambling reasons, iBet88 will process the return of verified real-money deposits net of any wagers already placed.

All content available on the iBet88 platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and the "iBet88" brand name and trademark — is the exclusive intellectual property of iBet88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• iBet88 operates strictly as an18+ platform in jurisdictions where 18 is the legal minimum, but enforces a minimum age of 21 in line with Malaysian responsible gambling standards. Age verification is mandatory.
• Players may set personal deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly) from their account settings. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory7-day cooling-off period.
